They're using the Rem vent bug abuse. You can get into Rem vent by crouch dashing into it with any hero.

Graves dashing into rem vents even in combat. Said it's their 87th acct as well LOL. Match ID: 54418965. Even got mad when I killed them the first vent after returning back to the map LOL.

What's your current rank? Its also changed the way ranked works now. You need anywhere between 15-20 net positive wins to rank up a tier depending on how high you are.
