The problem is that people are probably at the lowest end of the latter and having a low win rate doesn't help their case either. If you're winning you're going to rank up.

They're using the Rem vent bug abuse. You can get into Rem vent by crouch dashing into it with any hero.

Graves dashing into rem vents even in combat. Said it's their 87th acct as well LOL. Match ID: 54418965. Even got mad when I killed them the first vent after returning back to the map LOL.
