The patch notes say that you can dash during storm cloud, but when I tried it in the shooting range I was not able to, I presume this is a bug?

Hey, what's up guys, I was messing around in the sandbox and saw that you can stack Djinn's mark on the rejuvinator in there. I'm not sure if it works in an actual match, but I doubt that this is intentional? Thanks, -jsmith
