Well now after game restart and being invited to someone else's hideout its working. EDIT: actually still only works in certain rooms in the hideout. Guessing because of the overlap with E for Use key.
I use ESDF instead of WASD and while S, D, and F work fine for strafe left, back, and strafe right, "E" does not work and I cannot walk forward in the hideout.
