    Vindicta Ult sometimes doesn't shoot on Left Click

    I don't know how to replicate that, but it's very annoying - sometimes i use her ult (R button), press Shoot (LCM), and she doesn't shoot. Not sure what caused by this.

    OBVS: Shiv is able to dodge Abrams ult by jumping

    I don't think this is a bug. Abrams attack people on the ground, so Heroes in mid-air are unaffected. Same goes for Vindicta or Grey Talon.
