This bug is still an issue. The cancel ability settings just don't apply. Over 500 games on kelvin this feels so bad plssss fix I love him he's my favorite but this bug and my stubborn muscle memory makes him feel awful now.

If you upgrade the first point into your slide ability at the same time you're actually physically sliding, you get stuck/clip into the floor and can't move. Unstick or Zipline are the only ways to get out of it.
