Bumping this also. I thought it was just a matter of the paradox 3 slowing the teleport along its path-- but instead I think it just changes it so wraith's 2 has a 7 second travel time all together. In this match I thought I used it up against the wall (lol), but the teleport remained in place...
I was in the middle of a match and twice when I tried to hit enter to chat, it instead made my cursor persistently appear which effectively made me unable to look around. Hitting enter more just made some sort of "unable" sound effect which might be the ui_meepmop sounds?
Opening the esc menu...
