My friend just had this happen to him on the 11-13-2024 patch. The exact situation occured where Paradox slow caused Haze ult inflict no damage only to Paradox. The Infernus and Mo & Krill can be seen taking damage. Match ID was '27952666'. Here's a clip from the replay:
