    Sounds like a good idea - small statures in a shooter format do give a character an edge in terms of survival from bullet sources though.

    Oh it doesnt do 40% on Q; it does 40% max HP damage of the initial guy to enemy heroes standing behind the guy.

    OH for pickaxe, it anchors heroes to a spot on the ground (like Slarks Leash) , or a root effect. I guess itd be great for airborne enemies too, forcing them to be rooted to the ground.

    oh i do like the skillshot aspect to rerack - thats a great idea i kinda designed the character around not letting up/suppressive fire, but then again that might not be healthy for the game overall. An overheat to self damage mechanic would be great to up that risk reward factor.

    Also there are teslapunk themes within the technology we see; the progression of technology within the universe is not going to be 1-1 to our version of history. There's a lot of wiggleroom in terms of culture because of such differences
