To clarify: on the Napalm debuff.

The actual effect in the game works fine. It goes from 8 -> 10.2 in actual gameplay. But in the UI it says it goes from 8 -> 5.1. I honestly have no idea - this might not be a bug because there is a weird symbol that goes from 8 -> 10.2 at the bottom
