Names aren't translated in character bios, even if you have their names in English.
I think a lot of people prefer having all heroes names in English instead of Spanish. In my case i have them in English, but the rest of the game in Latam Spanish.
For example, Shiv's name is still in Spanish...
Same thing happened to a friend a few days ago, he got a 2 hour ban.
I don't think failing to load into a match should result in a ban. I hope Valve will consider this.
After the new update i started to have problems with framerate, but with specific heroes. I have two main heroes, Ivy and Dynamo. I also play with the lowest settings.
I noticed when i played a match with Ivy and then a match with Dynamo. My fps were almost 2x better in the match that i played...

Almost the same situation as the other day, this time it was a Haze that ended with 66k souls in 26 minutes. It was almost unkillable at some point. Everyone was between 20-30k at the end, but Haze had more than double than everyone else.
Haze was on the same group with Dynamo and Mina...

The other team Holliday was way too good, way above everyone on the match.
My team lost after 24 minutes. Holliday ended with 48k souls, while everyone else (both teams) was around 18k-23k.
Of course Holliday had no profile pic and a private profile.

Almost all my matches on the last week have been like this. Very unbalanced. i've lost 13 of my last 16 matches, most of those loses were games that were very unbalanced. Lower ranks are almost unplayable.
The font size of the health numbers makes the health look too big when a hero has more than 1000 hp.
The sandbox settings don't fit on the screen, some buttons get bigger and take more space because of the translation.
If you pick any hero on Sandbox mode and then change to Ivy, her intro line that says: "Looks like i'm missing that job interview" starts to loop infinitely. Only happens with that voice line, at least with Ivy.
