Hey, thank you for your attention. Following the preparation steps there I now have found out that this stutter is linked to MSI Afterburner (while running deadlock.exe not as admin and moving your character).
Even though it's minimized, no overlay active, and despite me having turned off...

3 months later I decided to check out if this issue still exists, and yep it still persists for me sadly.
As described before: As long as I move my character or camera around, I keep having a stutter happen...
I'm having a similar issue where I'm constantly getting frame stutters/hitching in a consistent ~3s interval, going from 172 FPS down to ~43 for a brief moment. Simply when moving the camera or walking around.
Doing the cited below (it's important to follow both steps!) fixed it for me!

missing ping seems to be working when pressing ALT + J + clicking them, but it's very weird now.
Please change it so that you can simply ping enemies/abilities/items when you press TAB and click it. I think that would be the best behaviour?
Yes, it still seems to be working when pressing ALT + J + M1 for reporting people missing, but it works very finnicky now.
Please change it so that simply pressing TAB and then clicking anything (players, items, abilities) pings it.
