As the title says, if you get Djinn mark to be over 80 Damage for Mystic, or 165 for Tankbuster it doesn't proc either. Doesn't work manually proccing Djinn's Mark, or letting it proc itself.

I can 100% see this item being broken as hell, but the idea of forcing you to be hyper aggressive seems so fun.
