I used phantom strike and was stuck in this wall for the remainder of the match. Neither the unstick hero or suicide button worked. Match ID 16018037 around the 40 minute mark.
I've experienced this with the warp stone and infuser so far. Occasionally when I'm playing, my active items show that they are off cooldown, but when I use them they are actually on cooldown, and vice versa.
