Considering Wraith's cards work as a "resource" vs a "recharge", it makes sense that this item doesn't affect it (as a bug.) However, it is still a CHARGE ability, and thus this item should work on Wraith due to this.

Curse affects and cancels everything except unstoppable, so why then does Goo Ball become immune to Curse? It's already immune to Stun, why is Curse then worse than stun?
