Can someone who reproduces the bug do this: -enable the console in game settings -reproduce the bug -open the console (either F7 or the ~ key, not sure which it defaults to now) -copy and share all of the text

Yes try this but also please share the video.txt you are deleting to help me figure out why it is crashing

Can you share the contents of: game\citadel\cfg\video.txt Then try deleting that and game\citadel\cfg\video.txt.bak Then relaunch the game and report whether or not that fixes your issue. Thanks!

Try this but also please share the contents of your video.txt and report whether or not renaming (or deleting) it fixed your issue.

Can you browse local files and share the contents of this file: game\citadel\cfg\video.txt Then try deleting that file and game\citadel\cfg\video.txt.bak and relaunch the game and let me know if that fixes it.
