My apologies, I posted this in a bit of a rush and thought I did post specifications; I'll be editing the opening post to add them.

Simply put, framerate is only in the 20s at minimum settings despite all other Valve games running at a minimum of 60fps at maximum settings, and every character model that isn't Viscous is invisible outside of extremely specific angles. Edit for specifications: CPU: i5-12600k GPU: Arc A380...
