As far as I can tell I am having the same issues. I am running on a 12400f and rx 6700xt and getting around 120fps when not having lag spikes.

I've been in one game that had that issue and it seemed to be because of viscous .

The game appears to be quite over sharpened by default and changing resolution/scaling does not have an effect on it. A possible sharpness slider would be very beneficial for the game. Thank you for reviewing this thread.
