When you're warden it says silenced on the victim portrait, but it should really use the same visuals from when you are normally silenced. It can be confusing.

happened to me just today also and last night. Even did it with my ult, the entire team flew up and instantly teleported back to the ground.

I get a black screen on load, but hitting esc I can see the menu but nothing else other than fire, etc.
