Found out clearing the download cache is how to get around the "downloading content 0%" issue. Still wasn't fast enough to avoid the 2 hour ban for the crash, which is irritating. You'd think bundling a "don't ban this guy" flag in the post-crash telemetry would be fairly easy to do, no?
