I have this same issue. My solo queue is always <1 min but duo queue is going on for like 5+ min before we cancel it.

Match ID: 1174801 Match Time: 21:40 Character: Pocket I dropped the urn and it seems to have placed it inside a building. On the minimap you can then see it slowly sliding to the other side of the building.
