I got Dynamo ulted under the map, used unstuck to get back, sending me into a nearby cat tunnel, had to do the killme command to get out.

I was able to get pocket to take 83 damage per torment pulse, witchmail did not activate.

I believe the billboard collision is wonky, it only happens if you approach it closer to the billboard. If you approach the vent from the left side it launches you in the expected direction.
