Adding to OP: If you hold down m1 and combo two abilities, the second ability pressed consistently fails to trigger (ability order doesn't matter). From my testing, the 3-2-4/3-4-2 combo fails if you don't let go of m1 quick enough after 3 and before the next ability. Seems like a very short...
