I can't seem to play this game at all. FPS goes from 100+ to <30 constantly (according to the FPS widget from Steam), even just in sandbox mode or a private bot match. It's smooth for half a moment, and then the frame hitch hits and the FPS actually is more like 1 and then back to 100+, over and...
