Yea theres a bunch of these strange incorrect position ults for Doorman, pretty much for most movement abilities. Very frustrating, hope it gets sorted soon as its a very common problem that can alter fights in major ways.
The stack thing is a bug as even Drifter gains stacks from resurrect, but item effects like Trophy Collector don't gain stacks. His resurrect should definitely not count towards stacks and on kill effects, since it would cause a really big problem with gaining double stacks from killing Victor.
He isn't actually dealing damage to you, this is a spectator bug when you spectate teammates their damage input and output is displayed overwriting your own. This is the amount of damage Aura of Suffering is dealing to Victor himself, not you.
If Victor currently has a barrier effect up and is using Aura of Suffering, the self-damage dealt is done directly to his health bar ignoring his barrier. However this damage does not ignore enemies barriers and deals damage normally.
I dont have this issue, but if I hover over the respective items, they will be greyed out and unable to purchase. But in the menu itself they look purchasable.
