So if you buy some ammo items, reload and sell them right away again so you get the full refund on it, you still get to keep the ammo from the items. Couldn't test it out ingame yet but I imagine it to be the same there. In casual scenarios it might not be that bad but seems rather gamebreaking...

I run the game fullscreen and still shadow play seems to have troubles with it sometimes. Either it works fine, doesn't work at all or works but saves the files in the desktop recording folder which no other program ever did before

i think the idea in general is nice, but the hat might bring the guy too close to sevens silhouette, maybe put that back into the wardrobe and you could be onto something i'd say

an actual indicator to pinpoint the problem would be if you were the only one in the game experiencing it or if it was actually server sided so everyone had a rough time, but i'm not an expert either
