debuff remover removes all debuffs including bleed and heals you for 300 or am i missing something?

as much as i like to agree you can do just as much harm with other abilities such as viscus, recue beam and beside that you help bebop grifing by letting then debuff your ally if he is intentionally causing harm

using upercut on a ally lowers their fire rate i dont think it is intended
