The bug is happening because of your stacks the more stacks, it calculates both your upercut damage, fire rate reduction and your ult damage as applying the stacks

The ui does not display conditional buffs only stats that are always present, its why your gun dps when you have burst fire or other conditionals, it actually doesnt show the full story

So the max tier ult lets you float around very slowly is that whats happening or something else? If so can you give us an example
