Upon loading into a match, the game stated that it would not impose a leaver penalty but would still count as a loss. Other oddities include it being a full rank division below my normal rank.

Mina can use here 2 only if it is the second time using it during ULT. She can not trigger any abilities during ult except her passive. Though if she uses her 2->4 then she can uses her second 2 to dash during ult. This does not allow you to do damage while intangible just unintuitive.
