also happened at 53668340 rapid recharge and extra charge are shown, and juggernaut is missing entirely

see screenshot - game says I had Compress Cooldown and transcendant cooldown, which isn't possible. I also had both refresher and boundless spirit, which isn't displayed. Match ID 52881983

Cultist sacrifice consistently activates these spirit items, despite cultist sacrifice not saying it uses spirit damage to consume the trooper. Annoying when it uses these and does basically nothing.
