Super minor bug.
When doing the heavy melee for a character, usually the arm glows if they are punching and the leg glows if they are doing a kick. Silver does a kick but her fist glows.
I have noticed this a few times, but I'll get a kill with a Vindicta Ult, and the kill will not give me a stack. I don't know what triggers this but it happens occasionally even if I have minimal items.
