Restarting seems to have a positive effect As well as making sure that in the background, there is nothing ACTIVELY ON THE DESKTOP (minimize it all not just alt tab) Still an active bug though.

Happens to me as well. Every game pretty much, tried adjusting settings, playing in street brawl, different items bought, no effect. Still happening on new patch

And like others are saying here, really really annoying when you already invested all your souls into ult build

Bug still happening. No idea what is causing it but it is not helped by closing other programs or changing my graphics card settings. Intermittent in game but seems to scale up in frequency as game goes on, maybe caused by items
