Just keep propagating this. Valve doesn't care about anyone, but if there is a group of people they SHOULD be caring about it is the new players. If they can't attract new audience the game is already one foot in the grave. Matchmaking needs to be reworked.

Venator can currently do this trivially. You can also put enemy heroes there. Simply use shotgun from in the air. Doorman can also do this, but it requires more work.
