i think you should still be able to spectate though, and should probably be encouraged to pay attention to the game as well because you still need to be aware of whats happening.
honestly? when you put it like that then yeah i'm on board with this. i also think it would be cool to have to actually figure out what he's saying to her just like you need to go out of your way to translate some lines in her interactions. and yknow, her entire backstory lol
i do like this idea, however i like it more that doorman just doesn't respect her enough to talk in her native tongue. especially since she's very strict about basically only speaking japanese except in some circumstances to her teammates.

i do get what you mean slightly, but he does already have ult lines. and i don't think it makes much sense for him to speak when he's "dead". also, his ult's stun semi-relies on people not paying attention to the fact that he died, realising too late and being in the radius when he re-animates...

assuming the source 2 engine works the same as the source engine, the entities that create ambience (env_soundscapes usually) only play the ambience attached to them when they are "visible" to the player.
in the cases here, the soundscape entities are not "visible" as you are inside buildings...
