Zooming take priority over alt cast when the bind is the same

I thought it is more intuitive for me to have alt cast on right click so i rebinded to it but it have a side effect which is that every alt cast is considered less priority than zooming which feels weird imo.

Zooming is in the majority of cases not what you want to do if we compare those 2 actions and is in general not an important or decisive action so I think it should have less priority than alt cast or maybe even more actions.
