Dear Valve Support Team and developers Deadlock,
I hope this message has touched a nerve with you. I am writing to appeal the permanent ban that was recently imposed on my Steam account. I had previously played this great game and it gave me crazy emotions. However, when I logged into the game a week later, I was surprised to find that my account was permanently banned, despite the fact that I had not committed any actions that would cause such a punishment. Perhaps the one time I paused, I apologize very much for this incident
There were no cheats or streamings involving me. I was playing pretty well and maybe I was reported for playing too well or something. I'm madly waiting for this game
