What the title says, makes you end up with very "fun" interactions like these (at 20 seconds, credit to Sloth on Discord for the video):

It's also just generally awful to get stunned for multiple seconds because your hook teleported on a minion instead of the enemy next to it, and it takes a year and a half to reel it in. I'm definitely hoping it's indeed a bug and not intended that you can't cancel hook anymore.
