Now this might not be a bug, but something that was missed when programming Yamato's abilities. Now I don't work on this game so I have no clue what's intended or what's not intended, so I could be wrong here.
In the training room, with every ability at level 1, no items, etc. Her power slash does 175 damage at full charge. However, while she is in her ultimate, it only does 105 damage.
Coincidentally, if you launch power slash early after the second bar, it also does 105 damage. I could be wrong but the timing of doing a "stage 2" power slash and the ult form one fully charged might be the same or somewhat close.
This leads me to believe that the power slash, the charging stages don't scale with the casting speed boost that you get while in her ult form.
In general, this is quite the impediment to her kit as it stops the player from getting the 210 damage bonus when power slash is fully upgraded, plus it just results in her doing less damage while one is using her ultimate.
Valve, pls fix.
