Some other posts about this, but if certain CC abilities are used on yamato during her ult transformation, she will get stunned despite being unstoppable.
Other posts only seem to mention Dynamo's black hole triggering this bug, but this is true for other abilities as well. Ivy stone form slam does the same thing if timed perfectly as yamato exits the invulnerable portion of her ult. Same with lash's slam pulling yamato downward if it hits at this exact moment.
