Yamato's ult should work instantly, because there is no delay, but still, apparently there are several milliseconds during which you can be killed, although in fact you will be in the ult. This is an intended interaction with Mirage. When Mirage's Djinn Mark (3) is removed, it does a big chunk of damage. So when you do Yamato's ult, the process of applying the invincible status removes the debuffs on Yamato. This causes the chunk damage from Mirage to hit just before the Yamato goes invincible.
Mirage is designed to prevent Yamato from trying to skate by on 10 hp. When fighting a Mirage, you have to be conscious of your health and ult much earlier than normal.

By the way i have question, Yamato ulti stops Curse too (then what the point of buy tier 4 items if pre cash on Yamato and cant even stop her Ult)

Are you saying that she ults and then curse is negated OR you cast curse and she ults even though cursed?
