EDIT: Replay looks fine and other players dont seem to see it, it is for sure client side
After watching the replay this seemed to happened after we won the round, and while the round ended yamatos ult was active, this is what I would try to replicate it

+1. Not sure if this is specific to Street Brawl but I just had this happen in a match as well, I don't remember the exact context of what was going on when I ulted but it persisted through the entire match.
