Happened to me as well

Around 35 minutes, a hook around the corner in blue caused me to clip under the stairs permanently. Tried to unstuck, but I tried disconnecting first, and the button did nothing after reconnecting. Can't imagine this is the first instance, but the match replay should hopefully show how it happened.
