2nd cast of powerslash in ultimate can be buggy in cast time / not casting, especially after casting flying strike, it will either cast and then not cast/go on cooldown, or cast halfway and do limited damage and go on cooldown.
But here is an easy replicatable way to produce the bug with echoshard in ultimate.
