Sometimes the red flames from the Power Slash animation stay around forever (or until you disconnect and rejoin). It blocks vision and reduces game performance like crazy.
Not sure exactly what causes it, sometimes it happens after dying during Power Slash wind-up but it's happened without dying as well.
