Yamato Parry automatically uses Powerslash

Parrying will automatically do an uncharged powerslash and use up its cooldown. I genuinely cannot tell if this is intentional but no one is talking about it. Currently able to reproduce this bug in training.

i think its intentional, imo this a buff
