After landing a grapple and being able to act nothing is registered for about one second. This includes actives and abilities. This means that if you spam 2 it will spam it until it actually registers, or worse if you use 1 it will begin charging and then end and require you to press and begin charging again. This happens with everything, I'm sure this has been said before but I couldn't find it.
