yamato after being slept while aiming her 2 will lock you into space to abort mechanic for the rest of the game

purchasing items, dying, opening the menu, opening the settings menu, tabbing out, everything keeps me locked into space to abort where the only action i can perform is melee with her sword. i cannot jump to the zip line, i cannot use any skills or abilities, or dash. etc. literally just WASD movement and melee.
