Yamata lost access to M1 input after rebinding in the middle of match

So, I've been using a rebind on my active items so that I can activate multiple at a time for quicker dps, using the below keybind
bind z "+in_item1;+attack;-in_item1;-attack;+in_item2;+attack;-in_item2;-attack;+in_item3;+attack;-in_item3"

I also play other characters, so I often switch back to default active item bindings when I play others. It's happen twice now, where I am in the middle of a match as Yamato, reach the point where I need to rebind my actives for quicker activations. Now, when this time comes, I must unbind my active item keys to make it work, which often results in me accidentally binding M1 as one of the active item slots. After this, I rebind M1, but now I cannot m1 to shoot, use m1 to cancel Yamato1 early, grapple to targets using Yamato2, and play without quick cast on items, I can't select targets to Phantom Strike/Silencer onto

It might be an issue because of the rebinding, but here is the match IDs just in case. 18358933 / 18062560

I can perfectly replicate it everytime now, if you want to know please just ask
