Wraith's teleport collides with structures even when it shows a clear path

This has been an issue for a while, now. Wraith's teleport will show a clear path, but then as the ability is used it will show it getting stuck on a building or object.

I've read others suggest it's a bug due to the original targeting being higher than where the teleport leaves from, or that there's a delay between pressing the teleport and it actually finalizing the path, but I can't figure out exactly what's happening.

Personally I think it's due to the delay not triggering immediately, and then trying to operate while Wraith has moved into an obstructed path where the teleport gets cancelled.

The issue is reproducible, particularly when moving, by targeting a teleport path just above/beside a structure and trying to use it when the ; the teleport ends up getting caught on the structure instead of completing the full distance originally shown.

I think the simplest solution would be to remove the clear-path requirement as soon as the ability is activated, so that if there is movement after the fact it no longer blocks the ability. This would allow the teleport to be targeted using the clear-path requirement initially, but then prevent the weird behavior of the teleport getting stuck on buildings or edges that comes up in many games.
 
I've died to this multiple times just past my guardian in lane, where instead of going up the staircase it'll get caught on the short fence/railings. IMO it wouldn't hurt for her tele card to go around objects in the same way Pocket's Coat behaves with terrain.
