When Wraith captures someone with her Telekinesis when they're close to the top of boundbox, they'll levitate through it onto the skybox and stay there until they'll decide to jump off the map.
In the match, Lash got thrown out of bounds at around 35:30.
It's pretty major bug, replicable in regular match at almost any character with the use of items, though might be bit tough.
