Window constantly stretches in windowed mode upon launch

When trying to launch in windowed mode, the game window will continuously stretch vertically making UI impossible to navigate or click. Worked around this by launching with -fullscreen launch command.

NVIDIA, connected via HDMI to 4K TV, tested on both 100% and 200% scaling, tested launching at 1080p and 4K with same results.

This has been happening to me as well, playing on a 1440p 165hz monitor. I noticed that we both have WindowBlinds. Maybe that's causing the issue for both of us?

Realized this also happens in Dota 2 for me as well

I can confirme that, i'm using using windowsblinds for a xp skin and the game behaved exactly like this.

Definitely confirmed; I disabled WindowBlinds and the game stopped doing that. My frutiger aero...

You don't need to deactivate it, just type "-w 1920 -h 1080 -fullscreen" on the game's launch parameter, and it will work normally.
