While spectating your death cam and game ends you're stuck running around with no UI

I died while the enemy team was defeating our last point. I pushed R to view replay of my death. They won before the replay finished and the game locked me into running around in spectator mode. No UI just my character running around. I had to press escape and click "leave spectator mode". It then kicked me to the main menu skipping all endgame animations and score cards.
